Terms and Conditions for NEW EARTH BUSINESS® Awards 2026 Entrants

Eligibility -Entrants must meet the criteria for the category they are applying for and must have been in operation for a minimum of six months prior to the submission date.

Submission - All submissions must be completed online and received by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Shortlisting - Shortlisted entrants will be notified by email. The decision to shortlist is final and will be based on the information provided in the submission.

Attendance Requirement - If you are shortlisted, you must attend the awards event in person, on the 22nd October 2026 (n/a to Global Impact Award Category). Shortlisted entrants are required to purchase at least one ticket to the event. Ticket details and pricing will be provided upon short listing.

Event Details - The event date is the 22nd October 2026, and is being held @ the Heart of England Conference and Event Centre, Coventry, UK. Other relevant details will be communicated to shortlisted entrants. Attendance at the event is mandatory to be considered for the award.

Payment - Ticket purchases must be completed within the timeframe specified in the short-listing notification. Failure to purchase a ticket may result in disqualification.

Judging - All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges. The judging criteria and decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

Data Protection - Personal data provided during the submission process will be used solely for the purpose of the awards and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Publicity - By entering, you agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the awards, including but not limited to press releases, interviews, and social media.

Disqualification - Any entrant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the awards process.

Changes to Terms - The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or the awards process at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
